RESULTS
-
Reduced time from concept to user feedback by 60% using Loveable prototypes
-
Identified a more effective “show, don’t tell” onboarding approach in a 24-hour sprint
-
Let users practice an AI-guided sample interview question, before the paywall
-
Delivered a validated onboarding flow that made the product’s value tangible and compelling, leading to higher conversion intent
CHALLENGE
Deliver immediate value, drive conversion
Superinterviews, an AI-based interview prep platfrom, wasn't converting users because the value proposition was not clear. Traditional onboarding explained the features but didn’t let users experience them. We needed a fast way to prototype and test an interactive onboarding flow that demonstrated value before asking for payment.

LEGACY FRICTION
Tooo many questions, too little signal
-
High cognitive load before value was clear
-
Weak trust signals and low engagement
-
Asked for commitment before demonstrating value
-
Offered little visibility into the product experience
#1
Establish credibility immediately
Build trust with a visual walkthrough of the product’s core features, replacing abstract explanations with concrete examples.

#2
Practice a sample question
Engage users in the core value proposition by recording a response to an easy, sample interview question and providing them with feedback.

#3
Teach trainable skills
Turn feedback into a trainable skill by showing clear strengths, gaps, and what top companies actually look for, creating a natural pull to go deeper past the paywall.

RESULTS
Build truest, ccelerated adoption
Users responded strongly to the experiential flow. The sample interaction built trust in the AI coach and helped them understand the product’s purpose and quality. By showing—not telling—how Superinterviews worked, we aligned expectations and motivated conversion.
This “try before you buy” model proved more effective than explanatory walkthroughs, and we reached a validated direction 5x faster than traditional design sprints.
